Jollibee Inspired Burger Steak Recipe with Mushroom Gravy (Filipino Salisbury Steak)

This video will show you how to cook burger steak ala Jollibee. I also included a cooking tutorial on how to make mushroom gravy that goes with it.

Here are the ingredients for the Burger Steak (aka Salisbury Steak):

1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons fresh milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Here are the ingredients for Mushroom Gravy:

1/2 cup butter
1/3 cups sliced button mushroom
1 3/4 cups water
1 beef cube
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
