We DO NOT recommend cooking food in plastic bags. Endocrine disrupting chemicals leech into the food at high temperatures. Microplastic also transfer into the food. We advise removing ALL PLASTIC from food preparation—cutting boards, spatulas, containers, plastic wrap.
