Pan-fried fish is a quick and simple dish where seasoned fish fillets are cooked in a skillet until crispy and golden brown, perfect for a delicious meal in minutes.

Ingredients:
□ 500g or1 pound (app) fish
(Rahu or any firm white fish)
□ 1 teaspoon paprika
□ Salt and pepper to taste
□ 1 teaspoon chat masala
□ 1 teaspoon cumin powder
□ 1 teaspoon coriander
powder
□ 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
□ Juice of 1 lemon
□ 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add paprika, salt, pepper, chat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice to the fish. Mix well to coat the fish pieces evenly. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated fish to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with rice or salad. Enjoy your spicy fish pan fry!
