KANCHA LANKA CHICKEN 💖

Ingredients😊

Chicken 600 gms
Salt as per taste
Mustard oil 4 tablespoons
Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Green chilli as per taste
Ginger 1 inch
Coriander leaves 2 cups
Garlic 6/7 cloves
Lime ,(leman) 1 tablespoon
Curd 1/2 cup
Garam masala (cardamom 3 pieces,cinnamon 2 sticks)

METHOD 💖

1st make a paste (green chilli,salt, mustard oil,ginger,garlic,coriander leaves,)then adding lime juice helps retain the green colour while cooking.then half portion of paste marinate with chicken, add salt,Mustard oil, curd n rub well keep the chicken.marination in the refrigerator for 1hr.Than heat the kadai add mustard oil,garam masala green chilli,chopped onion,sugar,When it will become little brown add rest green paste then fry till translucent in high flame.When it becomes translucent add the marinated chicken & fry in low flame few min.mix well, cover it n cook in low flame for 10 min😊.add green chilli slit ,stir till oil separates.when oil separate add water mix well .cover low flame. then quick final stir to mix all ingredients. 😊Ready to serve happily,😍 #recepie #odishafood #bhubaneswar
