So there’s no way that’s only 2 tablespoons of oil. It won’t change to that yellow green color or flow like liquid with so little oil. How much did you really put in, one or two cups? This recipe makes guacamole, not an avocado dressing.
Tried this. The next day it was grayish brown. Did not stay vibrant green. Disappointed.
Keep your avocado intact until you are ready to use it. Exposure to air is what turns it black. The acidity of any citrus juice, lemon or lime or even vinegar will keep it bright green after you cut it open.
MAYBE JUST MAKE IT THE NEXT DAY!???
