Ingredients 📝

🌼 Dry fish – 50 Grams

📌 Remove the head part and wash with hot water

Heat a pan 👇

🌼 Oil – 2 tsp
🌼 Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
🌼 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
🌼 Salt – as per taste
🌼 Dry fish

📌 Fry well and keep a side.

Add 1 tsp of oil in a same pan 👇

🌼 Red chilly – 3 No’s
🌼 Shallots – 5-8 No’s
🌼 Garlic- 5-8 No’s
🌼 Curry leaves
🌼 Tamarind – 1/2 amla size
🌼 Tomato- 1 No’s
🌼 Coriander powder – 1 tsp

📌Saute them and add Salt for taste

📌 Grind it in pulse mode for twice. Add some coconut oil for flavour ( optional )and serve with rice ❤️
