Please can you share some more 'what I want in a day videos' and how to fast without losing weight, some videos on longevity/anti aging macro ratio (much conflicting research came out this year on fats impairing mitochondrial function, carbs causing inflammation and brain atrophy, protein accelerating aging through reducing autophagy quest others say essential to prevent sarcopenia)
