Ingredients:
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 scoop vanilla keto protein powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 tsp liquid stevia or to taste

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen berries, heavy cream, chia seeds, protein powder, vanilla extract, and stevia.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
