This is the perfect morning or afternoon pick-me-up and it’s ready in less than 5 minutes! If you’re looking to combine the rich, satisfying flavor of coffee with the satiating benefits of protein, you’re in for a treat. This recipe is a great solution for those seeking an easy, quick, balanced and nourishing start to their day.
Protein Coffee, or “Proffee”, combines two essential elements: your favorite brewed coffee and a high-quality protein source. It’s very versatile and customizable – whether you prefer whey, plant-based, or collagen protein powder, you have the freedom to choose the option that aligns with your dietary preferences and goals. If you’re not a fan of instant coffee, feel free to use cold brew coffee or espresso shots. You can swap out the sweetener or nut milk for your preferred versions, too.
Looking to make in bulk? Freeze the proffee in an ice cube tray and then blend back up when you’re ready to enjoy it!

How many tablespoons is one ounce?
Absolutely love this, thank you!!
Awesome. But I'd start with a big cup of hot coffee. 1/2 cup low carb milk alternative, 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Looks delicious and definitely more affordable than buying it.
Looks like it would be a good hot coffee recipe as well. I’m making this for work tomorrow. I’m going to add egg yolk and blend it all up. Great work.
I’m excited to see this!!
