Keto Smoothie Recipes | Delicious Blueberry Smoothie



This keto smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or a post-workout refuel option. It’s lighter and in comparison to my other avocado green smoothie, but I think I prefer this smoothie better. It gives you more energy, less grit in your teeth, plus vanilla and blueberries goes down an absolute treat!

  2. Definitely use a flavored protein powder like Quest vanilla milkshake. You dont need a whole scoop. That and unsweetened almond milk will bring out the favor of the blueberries and the smoothie will be sweet. I still add ice to mine. If you use a whole scoop of sweetened powder definitely add ice and even a lil water.

  3. Guys , why everybody tries to add protein in each meal? Do you know that protein is the same bad as feeds cancer cells? We need protein a little , even once a day is enough! It is accordance to all proteins animals and plants . Vegans as well suffers of cancer – God bless all of us !
    A friend of mine has suffered from breast cancer , she undergone treatments in Germany. The first thing was they completely put restriction to eat any proteins , but eat lots of fresh greens and made intro veinal vit C injections in big portions and blood fortification with oxygen – blood transfusion ( that is why fresh greens goo to eat). Of course medicine was as well…
    The lady now for 6 year has rid off the cancer – God bless her !
    So, please be careful with excessive of proteins .

  4. Blue berries are high in carbs and are not very keto friendly contrary to popular belief. 12 a cup is 11 grams of carbs which is either 1/3 or 1/2 of your daily intake limit depending on your fitness goals with keto.

  5. Half cup of ice if your berries aren't frozen
    1 cup of coconut milk (or almond milk)
    1/4 cup of FROZEN blueberries
    1 scoop of UNSWEETENED protein powder
    1 Tablespoon of MCT oil (IF adapted to keto, if not use only 1 teaspoon) C8 or C10 are both fine.

    Throw everything into blender
    Consume.

    Trying this recipe, but hate having to rewatch it to get the list, hope this helps others.
