Ingredients:-

Το Marinate:-
300gm Boneless Chicken
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp vinegar / lemon juice
1/4 cup buttermilk ( milk + vinegar)
1tsp oregano / mixed dry herbs
2 tsp hot sauce

Coating:-
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp paprika powder
salt to taste
1 tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)

Oil for frying
