Korean BBQ Meatballs



These Korean BBQ meatballs are juicy and packed with flavours. Both the meatballs and the sauce have Korean gochujang paste which gives them a wonderful and different flavour. This meal is perfect to go with a bowl of rice. Try!

  1. Korean here – other than the extortionate amount of sugar (and we’d probably use part sugar and part mul-yeot) you’ve nailed the Korean flavours. But rather than coriander, you’d be more accurate to put spring onion as garnish – coriander does not go into any traditional Korean dishes and you’d find that more people dislike it than the other way around (don’t look at me, I’m a coriander addict).

    I’ve never thought to put gochujang into the meatballs so that will be exciting to try. I have all the ingredients in my kitchen right now, so looking forward to making this for dinner tonight!
