How long can the pickled radish last in the fridge after making it?
If specifying kosher salt, then you really need to specify which brand: Morton’s and Diamond Crystal have wildly different density. Morton’s is nearly twice as heavy as Diamond Crystal. (Morton’s kosher salt is the same density as table salt.)

I'm going to be cooking up a batch tomorrow. I got the chicken soaking in the marinade, but it well be 24 hours before I can cook it. Hope that's not to long?
