Korean Meets Italian: Gochujang Chicken Pasta Recipe

𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎 & 𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎:-
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:-
For Chicken Marination:
Chicken-500 grams(sliced)
Gochujang Paste-2 tbsp
Soy Sauce-1 tsp
Sesame Oil-1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper-1/2 tsp(crushed)
Salt- as per taste

For Pasta Boiling:
Water-1 litre
Salt-1/2 tsp
Penne Pasta-150 grams

For Cooking Chicken:
Olive Oil-2 tbsp
Marinated Chicken

For Cooking Pasta:
Olive Oil-2 tbsp
Garlic-2 tbsp(minced)
Cherry Tomatoes-200 grams(halved)
Pasta Stock-1/2 cup
Gochujang Paste-1/2 tbsp
Cream-1 cup or 250 grams
Boiled Pasta
Cooked Chicken
Black Pepper-a pinch(crushed)
Salt-as per taste
Parmesan Cheese-4 tbsp(powdered)

𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:-
1.Marinate the Chicken:
•In a bowl, combine 500 grams of sliced chicken with 2 tablespoons of gochujang paste, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of crushed black pepper, and salt to taste.
•Mix well and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.

2.Boil the Pasta:
•In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 150 grams of penne pasta.
•Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain it, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water for later use.

3.Cook the Chicken:
•Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the marinated chicken and cook until light brown. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

4.Prepare the Pasta Sauce:
•In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté 2 tablespoons of minced garlic until fragrant.
•Add 200 grams of halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened and they release their juices.
•Mash the tomatoes slightly with a spatula, then add 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water and 1/2 tablespoon of gochujang paste. Cook until the sauce thickens.
•Stir in 1 cup (250 grams) of cream and mix well to form a smooth sauce.

5.Combine Pasta and Chicken:
•Add the boiled pasta and cooked chicken to the sauce. Season with a pinch of crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well until fully combined.
•Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of powdered parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts into the sauce.

6.Serve:
•Your Gochujang Chicken Pasta is ready! Serve hot and enjoy this flavourful fusion dish.
