We are a Korean couple living in a rural village in the Philippines. We harvested fresh calamansi to make it into a delicious Filipino pork chop recipe, Bistek Tagalog Pork Chop.

What you cooked is called PORK STEAK
BISTEK(& Bistek tagalog) is BEEF.
Bistek is tagalog and spanish term for Beef Steak.
Yummy 😋🤤
A better love story than twilight ❤
YOU CAN make a CALAMANSI PIE since that you have so many fruits of calamansi. You need eggs, condensed milk, vanilla flavour, juices from the fruit, flour and steam it. The video looks really good.

And they are still using a wood fire stove! I could see they are loving the life of ordinary filipino old life.
I like the way she cooks that no ingredient will be wasted from any container. Even the smallest drop of marinade is poured out 😊😊❤❤

It's pork steak po.😊 Bistek is made of Beef. I heard that a lot of Filipinos can't pronounce Beef Steak properly and called it Bistek instead.😊
