Yapılışı: Geniş bir tencereye sıvıyağı ve soğanı alarak biraz kavuralım. Üzerine dilimlediğimiz mantarları ekleyerek yumuşayıncaya kadar sotelemeye devam edelim. Tuz, baharatları ve kremayı ekleyerek karıştıralım. Rendelenmiş kaşarı ekleyerek tekrar karıştıralım ve haşladığımız makarnayı ilave ederek son defa karıştıralım.
