How do you make a bbq sauce made from peaches and serrano peppers? Well one way is with lacto fermentation. Lacto fermented peaches with serrano peppers and tomatoes have such a uniquely delicious flavor. This started as a lacto fermentation project that turned out to be a bbq sauce that is beyond lip smacking delicious. Being that we made a bbq sauce with ingredients that already have fantastic flavor, the result is a bbq sauce that is SOOOO incredible. Homemade bbq sauce kicked up 100 notches. Obviously this is not your normal way of making a homemade bbq sauce. Happy cooking!
