  1. Great video. A different way to make a fantastic leg of lamb:
    – Greek yoghourt
    – Ras El Hanout
    – Tomato puree
    – Garlic
    – Olive oil
    – salt

    Scorch the leg of lamb and marinate it for 2-4 hours. After the marinade just wipe of the marinade and put on the (pellet) grill. Thank me later 🙂
