Fascinating! Thanks for this and thanks again for the recipe
Honestly these bits are why Cook's Country episodes are some of my favorites, the recipe coming together on screen is good but history explained to a simpleton like me is what I'm really looking for
Ms. Tipton-Martin…a recent video trend has been to get a book collection tour (or library tour) of academics or celebrities. Outs you consider making a video giving us a tour of your research libraries at ATK?
These are so cool! More Toni in the library please!
What about Japanese karaage chicken? That's from ca.1920's.
another american rip off story to call their own … basically yep
Love these videos!
Love Toni's insights into the origins of the food we eat!
trying to figure out why you this. When I see a new video from you folks I watch for a recipe, cooking technique or product review. A little history blurb is fine when giving a recipe but as a stand alone video it is boring and irrelevant.
Where's the corn in popcorn chicken?
Thankyou food history is fun.
I love popcorn chicken. You can use any sauce you want to dip it in.
Taiwan stole it from him. Now the ccp is looming
Want to know more scientific knowledge about food and technology science
The goal is to optimise the batter to chicken content and still get away with calling it chicken
