One of your staff behind you in the background rubs his beard a few times then picks up a spoon and starts stirring something. This is a violation of personal hygiene and sanitation standards.
You should have mentioned activation temperature for various yeasts. After I started to use water at 50 degrees centigrade, I had no problems to get the dough to rise.
thinking about eating the yeast while it's still alive.
When using yeast use a digital thermometer. Trust me! It will make working with yeast 100 times easier lol.
