Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
First Step:
Marinate the Chicken :
Chicken 1kg
Yogurt 1Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Black Pepper 1tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2tbs
Second Step:
For Gravy:
Cooking Oil 1/2Cup
Butter 2tbs
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom 1
Green Cardamom 3-4
Cloves 4-5
Cinnamon Stick 1inch
Cumin Seed 1tsp
Bay leaf 1
Third Step
Cornflour slurry
Cornflour 1tbs
Water 1/4Cup
Last Step
Garnish
Crushed Black Pepper 1tsp
Green chillies 4-5
Lemon Slice 2 lemon
Method:
*First Marinate the Chicken with Yogurt,Ginger Garlic Paste and all spices for 1 hour or overnight.
*In Second Step add Cooking Oil,Butter,and the whole Spices inthe wok saute fry for 1-2minutes until the aroma of the Spices is released.
*First add Chicken and fry on both Sides for 1-2 min until Chicken turn light golden brown after that add chicken marination and 1/2 water Cover and Cook for 15’20 minutes on low to medium flame
*After that add Crushed Black Pepper, lemon slice, green chilies Cover and cook on medium to high flame for 5-6 min until the Gravy thick Slightly .
*Serve with Naan or roti
