Every time I hear somebody proudly refer to something as USDA or A5 it comes across so weird to me. The meat looks good, the classification means nothing to me, all I know is what I see.

I had a bone marrow transplant in December because of leukemia and seeing videos like this make me shutter. I get lightheaded and nauseous just talking about bone marrow. Nothing wrong with the video and I hate that I’m complaining, but god this made me gag

If you're reading this. Im making a friendly plea for you to never cook your steak like that.
You have to soak in salted water, the salt draws the moisture out of the bones (leftover blood) and helps avoid any off flavors from the marrow
Internal temp should be 140 not 150 and have 15 min rest time
