What I did (as a newbie with no equipment) ⬇️
*this was enough for my husband and I so 2 servings ish
– Got my flour on a clean counter
– made a well and added my two eggs and salt
– slowly combine the flour into the eggs
– once you’ve got most combined start using your hands to knead them together until you get a smooth consistency (8-10 min knead)
– plastic wrap or cover in a bowl at room temp for about 30-45 min
– add some flour and roll it out into your desired thickness (I don’t have any pasta equipment)
– then I rolled each side equally until they meet and cut the slices
– boil for a few minutes only and add to your pasta sauce! (Make sure to use some pasta water in your sauce)
