  1. It's been years since I've had kinilaw. You are right about any seafood can be Kinilawed (if that's a word). My first encounter of kinilaw was actually Kinilaw na Pating (Shark) when I was young. It was probably still one of the best kinilaw that I've had in my life.

  2. I remember cooking Kinilaw na dilis for my dad as it's his favourite along with Pinakbet Ilocano. Definitely took the bones out of the dilis ( I was that OC haha) and used sukang Iloko with ginger, chili, calamansi, onions. Yum!
