It would have been better not to add eggs. Without eggs still got the fibrous texture of meat. But with eggs, it made the dish looked gummy & porridge like. You wouldnt want a meat dish that had porridge like consistency

You should fry the onion first and garlic last because garlic burn faster. You should know this.

I think you have opened it the wrong way. If you pull both side, the long side would come out.
