Ingredient’s:
8oz uncooked Farfalla pasta (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (12oz)
