  1. Wow Michael, What a great idea, But I think I'll have my butcher insert the Kielbasa for me. PAULA, have been enjoying all the family recipes, and the tour of the house. Loved the Pumpkin centerpiece tutorial, will definitely do that next year. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

  2. Be sure you use a sausage that your family really likes. The flavor of the sausage went through the whole pork loin. The cooked texture was good. The bacon and other seasonings were fine but it turned out certain family members tolerate but don't really like kielbasa so another sausage would have been a better choice for us. I did cook it in the oven on a raised rack at 250° for 2 1/2 – 3 hours to get to temperature. Thank you for the recipe. I will try it again with a different sausage.

  3. THANK YOU MICHAEL for this recipe. Paula that sweet man of yours has come up with a winner!…. I have to make this recipe. I only need to know what kind of sausage it is that you stuff into the pork loin is it Italian or chorizo or what kind? I have to find that Tuna in a jar I have been looking for good tuna most of the stuff you get had broken down in the oil and turned to mush. And what kind of bacon Smoked or not Smoked
