π Text Recipe of Oats Banana Dates Pudding :
Ingredients:
Soaked Oats 2 Tbsp
Banana 1 frozen
Peanut / Almond butter 1 Tbsp
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Soft Dates 3-4
Vegan Protein Powder 1/2 Scoop ( Optional)
Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp
Dark Chocolate 25g ( 99%)
Directions :
In a blender add all ingredients except cocoa & Chocolate
Blend for 1-2 min until smooth
Add Water to adjust consistency
Transfer half the mixture into a jar
Add cocoa powder & blend again
Transfer rest of the mixture on to the jar
Top it up with dark chocolate chunks
Set in fridge for minimum 4-6 hours
Once set, sprinkle some desi Khand on top
Enjoy your low calorie Guilt Free Dessert or Snack
