I am keto/low carb but have been watching your channel for a while even though most of what you make is too high in carbs for me. I love your energy and ideas. Thank you for including some lower carb options for those of us who love our air fryers. Especially in the summer when it 40 degrees out there. That's 110 for those of you in the states.
Unfortunately all the sugar alcohols like erithritol destroy my GI system. I do better with a little real sugar & forgo fake sugar & sugar alcohols.
Do you have a recommendation for something else in the jalapeño poppers besides cream cheese?

These sound, and look, great. I'm insulin resistant (PCOS), and pre-diabetic. I'm definitely going to try these.
My only cringe moment… I have a serious aversion to eating noises. So I had to slam the volume down for the taste testing. 😖
I've had my air fryer for over a year now, and found your channel a great source of inspiration. The recipes all look straightforward and very tasty. If I might be allowed a small criticism, though, I probably wouldn't recommend sweet potatoes to a diabetic individual who is still healthy enough not to require insulin medication.
Sweet potatoes, not unlike steel cut oats, are marginally better than instant oats or Maris Pipers, but still would send my blood sugar levels through the roof.
You do still have to be careful of sweet potatoes and mangos on a low carb diet as both are high in carbs. People often think diabetes is down to eating too many sugary foods but unfortunately it is about pasta, potatoes, bread, rice, anything made with flour such as pastries, as well as the sugary stuff and citrus fruits, grapes, pineapples, bananas and dried fruits. It is a nightmare. If I was a rabbit I would be fine!

Nice video. While I assume your use of the phrase "urch" indicates an error, can you provide an etymological derivation for that term perchance?
My blood drawing every six months keeps showing me between the very border of pre-diabetes and not (my dad has one type of diabetes, and my brother has the other), so I'll definitely try some of these, especially the cake! Also a friend in our game group was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so that'll be good for game nights.
First lets clear this whole "low carb" thing… up.. If you're cosuming more than 20 carbs per day,,,, then you ARE TECHINICALLY NOT LOW CARB.. Second.. Yup.. that's right… Below 20 grams of carbs per day!

My 99yr old mama is diabetic. We live in SC and also love the gold bbq sauce sugar free. Rotate between red and gold. So very good and don't miss the sugar.

When I make anything requiring a breading like chicken tenders/nuggets or meat loaf I use white no flavor protein powder. GNC sells it.
