Pickled Red Onions Recipe:

1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup hot water
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and hot water in a jar, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve. Add onions, ensuring they are fully submerged. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, then store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
