Make BBQ Ribs Without An Oven | Or Mustard



Smoke some awesome BBQ Ribs.. No oven or mustard required.
Outlaw Smoker at 350
rub with hr garlic jalapeno, mojo, and hr comp
smoke for 1 1/2 hr until perfect color
wrap with 1c hr butter bath 3c apple juice 2oz honey 2 oz tpj apple cherry habenero
roll on outlaw for about an hour
sauce equal parts hr sweet and cp comp and a little tpj

  4. Gorgeous ribs Jay. Been on Heath's Garlic Jalapeno as a base for a while now. It's great stuff. That's quite the combination of flavors you got there but if you say they work, I believe you. Just gonna have to convince the wife that yes, I need MORE rubs in my cabinet…lol. Thank you for sharing the recipe with us.
