๐Ÿ‘‰ Required Ingredients

For Stuffing

Cheese slices
1 tsp oil
ยฝ tsp ginger-garlic paste
โ…“ cup minced chicken
1 tsp chaat masala
ยฝ tsp salt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Green paste (โ…“ cup coriander leaves, โ…“ cup mint leaves, 3 green chilies)

For Kabab

1 cup minced chicken
1 tsp crushed green chili
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chili flakes
ยฝ tsp black pepper powder
ยฝ tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp oil
2 tsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp coriander leaves

For Coating

1โ€“2 eggs
1 tsp chili flakes
ยผ tsp salt

Dry Coating

๐Ÿ‘‰Step-by-Step Method

Add a little oil to a pan.
Sautรฉ ginger-garlic paste and chicken mince until the color changes.

Add chaat masala, mayonnaise, and green paste made from coriander, mint, and green chilies. Mix well and keep aside.

In a separate bowl, add chicken mince, ginger-garlic paste, crushed green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, oil, breadcrumbs, and fresh coriander. Mix everything well.

Grease a plastic sheet with oil.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the sheet.

Place cheese slices and prepared chicken stuffing on top.
Fold from all sides as shown in the video.
Use the remaining mixture to seal the edges if needed.

For coating, crack an egg in a bowl.
Add chili flakes and salt and mix well.
Dip the chicken barfi kababs in the egg mixture.
Coat them evenly with breadcrumbs.

Freeze the kababs if desired.
Deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.
