Make the BEST BACON, BEEF, & EGG FRITTATA. My IMPROVED NEW RECIPE

This is rapidly becoming one of my FAVORITE DISHES on carnivore. Great flavor and a little crunchy and extremely nutritious with a great balance of fat and protein. Easy to make and at least 2 meals from each frittata.

  1. He wasn’t kidding! I made this the same day I saw the video for my sister. She loved it! I then went home and made some for my supper with a little dried onion in it. Oh man, was it good! I’ve been finding hamburger a little dry lately, but not this. What a fantastic, easy recipe!

  2. This is similar to my favorite current breakfast. Ground beef, with a little chopped bacon or pepperoni in it, and about 4 eggs, scrambled. I might leave the bacon whole, too. I cook them separate, though, because I like to have two different things on my plate, so it just looks like a more interesting meal. Same stuff, just served differently, so I get a sense of variety in the meal.

  3. Hi Mitch 😊 I made this and it was fantastic! I'll be making this regularly now and I'm sharing your video with my daughters and sister. I'm happy I found you, I've just started carnivore, finally. Your videos are fun, thank you

  4. Frittatas is a go to meal for my wife and me. 2 or 3 eggs, cheese and any cooked meat. Cooking technique: very low heat, covered. That way it doesnt get all brown but the egg cooks thoroughly. No need to turn over. May take up to 12 or 15 min. You can get a pan cover from Wally World.

  5. Thanks, Mitch! Since I switched to grass-fed beef from a local ranch, I have a fair amount of hamburger in my freezer. This looks like an awesome recipe! I'm going to try it, and I'll probably add some cheddar, too.

  6. I know your not running egg shells down your garbage disposal, and in the drain pipes, no bueno. Not good on the system. Put them on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 15 min on 425 then crunch them up in a bag sprinkle them on your plants, yard, give to your chickens if you have some, put into the bird feeder. Please and thanks

  7. This reminds me of my omelets except I move the pan to the oven with the door open and broil cook the top. I just leave the door open and handle hanging out. Watch because it's really fast.

  8. Interesting, My Frittata is cooking while I'm watching this…
I pre-cook sausage (local market makes it free of fillers) So it's very quick!
I just dump some onions and Bell peppers (low carb Keto for me) from the freezer in a rice cooker bowl, Chop up 1 1/2 ounce of cheese and toss in along with the sausage, then crack a couple eggs in add salt and pepper maybe a little water, add a tiny bit of butter. Mix it briefly in the bowl and put the lid on and press cook. Done before you finish this video! Great stuff!
