Tiramisu in a glass: a smart way to serve single servings of a classic Italian dessert. Tiramisu per serving is served in transparent glasses to show off its beautiful layers. Tiramisu consists of a sponge cake soaked in espresso and alternating layers of classic tiramisu cream.
Tiramisu in a glass is my favorite way of serving this dessert. While I also love making tiramisu as a cake, disposable tiramisu cups are much easier to serve. The tiramisu cake is certainly dizzy, but the tiramisu in the glasses is no less amazing. Just like tiramisu cake, I also use sponge cakes in this recipe.
