INGREDIENTS: HERBS&SPICES
2-lbs. centre cut pork tenderloin 1/2-cup diced lemongrass
10-cloves fresh garlics
FRESH VEGGIES 2-tbsp. diced fresh ginger
1/2-head lettuce 1/4-tsp. black pepper
1-english cucumber 2-tbsp. sugar
2-sweet mini pepper 2-tbsp. chicken bouillon
5-stems cilantro 1/2-tsp. sea salt
1-stem scallion 3-tbsp. cooking oil
1/4-cup water
1-tbsp. chopped parsley and cilantro
VEGGIES FOR TEMPURA COMBINE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER-Purée
10-shishito peppers
15-sweet peas TEMPURA MIX
10-shiitake mushrooms 1-cup tempura mix
2/3-cup water
COOKED RICE 1-tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2-cup serving 1/4-tsp. salt
Or rice noodles of choice 1/4-tsp. sugar
PREFERABLY serving with chilli sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
