Today we’re making pasta dough… but not just any pasta dough! Pasta dough Ramsay style!!! We’ve failed miserably at making pasta in the past so we’re ending our Gordon Ramsay mini series with his recipe. Please save us Gordon!!

Gordon Ramsay’s Homemade Pasta Dough Recipe:
3 Cups of AP Flour (Started off with 2 cups. Used AP instead 00 flour)
1tsp Salt
1tsp Olive Oil
4 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Yolks

6 eggs to 2 cups of flour. Crazy. Ramsey never gets it right. Just the fact that you added another cup tells you enough about Ramsey. Anyway try 1 egg to each 100 gr of flour. Basically it’s 1 egg and 100 gr flour per person.
This said, I love your videos but forgive me if I make pasta my way which is my mother’s way and her mother’s too. Cheers.
Dude… Rule of thumb in Italy: 1 egg per 100g of pasta.

I loved this series ! Cool to end it with an awesome win of homemade pasta 🙂 never tried it myself. Whenever I do anything with dough it is inevitable I will add at least a 1/2 cup more flour and freak out while it is still too sticky ! I can't believe how long it got lol ! The pasta looks great:)
