【不用飛日本!用烤盤做廣島燒,超簡單!】 📌大理石不沾烤盤 → 🧐食譜 → 材料 A 低筋麵粉 50公克 水 100公克 B 高麗菜 cabbage 豆芽菜 bean sprout 五花肉 pork belly 油麵 alkaline noodle 柴魚片 katusobushi 雞蛋 egg C 燒肉醬 yakiniku sauce 美乃滋 mayonnaise 蔥花 scallion 作法 1.先將材料A混合均勻成廣島燒的麵糊,只要低筋麵粉加水就能做。 2.煎鍋開小火,倒入麵糊抹開成適當大小。 3.趁麵糊還沒完全凝固前依序鋪上高麗菜、豆芽菜、五花肉。 4.再淋上一些麵糊固定材料,然後整個翻面,移到一邊。 5.放入油麵、燒肉醬與柴魚片炒勻。 6.再將剛剛的高麗菜與麵糊蓋在炒麵上。 7.打入一顆雞蛋,再將作法6蓋在雞蛋上。 8.上面淋上燒肉醬、美乃滋,再撒上與蔥花即可。 #Shorts #楊桃美食網 – 楊桃美食網 instagram Youtube Facebook source
