π₯Mango puree β 1.5 cups
π₯Water β 2.5 cups
π₯Agar agar β 5.5 tsp
π₯Milk β 2 cups
π₯Dhagge wali mishri β 3 blocks
π₯Vanilla β 1 tsp

π©π»βπ³ Heat milk, agar agar, crushed mishri, and vanilla extract in a pot.
π©π»βπ³ Pour the mixture into a greased mould β milk jelly.
π©π»βπ³ Blend mango until smooth.
π©π»βπ³ Now cook water, agar agar, and crushed mishri until agar & mishri dissolves.
π©π»βπ³ Add mango puree to the boiling agar mixture and cook β mango jelly.
π©π»βπ³ Check if the milk jelly has set and cut into cubes. Also dice mangoes into small cubes.
π©π»βπ³ Layer milk jelly cubes and mango pieces in a greased mould and pour in the mango jelly.
π©π»βπ³ Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
