Mango Jelly Cake 🥭

No refined sugar, no gelatin, no artificial colours ✅

Super jiggly, no bake mango cake for the win 😍

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
🥭Mango puree – 1.5 cups
🥭Water – 2.5 cups
🥭Agar agar – 5.5 tsp
🥭Milk – 2 cups
🥭Dhagge wali mishri – 3 blocks
🥭Vanilla – 1 tsp

👩🏻‍🍳 Heat milk, agar agar, crushed mishri, and vanilla extract in a pot.
👩🏻‍🍳 Pour the mixture into a greased mould – milk jelly.
👩🏻‍🍳 Blend mango until smooth.
👩🏻‍🍳 Now cook water, agar agar, and crushed mishri until agar & mishri dissolves.
👩🏻‍🍳 Add mango puree to the boiling agar mixture and cook – mango jelly.
👩🏻‍🍳 Check if the milk jelly has set and cut into cubes. Also dice mangoes into small cubes.
👩🏻‍🍳 Layer milk jelly cubes and mango pieces in a greased mould and pour in the mango jelly.
👩🏻‍🍳 Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
