Delicious and nutritious. I have been a smoothie fiend for years, but have never thought to add spirulins or coconut water! I'll have to try it out. I usually use Flax and steel cut oats in most of my smoothies. Thanks for the ideas!

Looks a lot like my morning smoothie. But I use hemp hearts for protein and kale + parsley + minth for greens.
I thought I heard brown rice soy protein at 3:18 or 3:24 so I thought it was a combination of rice and soy? I have never tried either protein powder but with this video plan to try the ingredients all together. My gratitude again for these ideas on yt … in the kitchen … and of course on the mat!!! =)
Okay, I have to admit, I would've never come up with that combination on my own! Btw, when you say soy protein, you mean rice protein right? Do you have any opinion on soy protein since 80+% is gmo soy if it doesn't say organic? Off topic but any opinion on gmo, organic vs regular vegetables?
Amazing. I love pineapple in my smoothie. And just last night…I tried Vita-coco with pineapple juice in my smoothie as an experiment. Then I wake up and find your video recipe =) I'm going to try this.
