Hello Everyone, this is episode 16 of our ongoing series Fit-a-licious meals. Thus video is all about a Summer Special Smoothie recipe for all mango lovers out there, Mango Quinoa Smoothie has a boost of protein and fiber, and is the best way to use your mangoes this summer. This Mango Quinoa Smoothie is guilt-free, Rich in Antioxidants and nutritious. It’s so yummy and refreshing on a hot summer day. By adding cooked quinoa, the smoothie gets both a protein and fiber boost. With some meal prep a night before, It’s a perfect way to start your morning on a busy day.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1/2 Cup Curd or yogurt
1 Tbsp peanut butter
3 Soft Dates
3/4 Cup frozen/ Fresh Mangoes
Water as required
( Meal prep a night before)

Directions :

Add Curd at the bottom of a blending jar
Add cooked quinoa into the jar
Add some water ( I am adding cold water)
Blend to make a smooth mixture
Add peanut butter, dates to the blender
Add frozen or fresh mangoes
Blend on high speed until smooth
Add more water to adjust consistency

Enjoy for breakfast, Rich in Antioxidants, probiotics and protein
