The spring time is here and there is no better way to get your nutrition in than with a good smoothie recipe. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like cooking much when it’s hot and smoothies have been my go to meal replacement during the spring and summer months.
One of my favorites is this mango smoothie packed with nutrition. The ingredients are:
1 pack of Mango Pulp or fresh mangoes 🥭
1 ripe banana (I freeze bananas when they get over ripe)🍌
1 cup of Orgain Organic Protein Powder or protein powder of your choice.
16 oz of Coconut water
16 – 20 oz of Almond Milk
