On this video I decided to highlight on tips of how to make your own marinade with a basic guide on how to make your own at home.
Use this recipe for most meat for grilling or cooking the oven.
I also have a bonus dry rub recipe you can use for fish or chicken.
Ingredients:
400ml Sunflower oil
100ml lemon juice
50 ml Soy sauce(Mushroom Dark Soy)
1-2 tbsp Pepper,
5-6 Garlic Cloves
Rosemary/thyme(chopped)

Hello Chef Raphael, a good job you're doing there. I have a problem. I soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce I got some weeks ago. But I don't know what to use them for. If you can enlighten me more on its uses.
This is good, however, the amount of oil you put on will make the meet/ chicken to be extremely oily.
