The bottom of a measuring cup works too if you don’t have a meat pounder for the crust.
I’d like to try this but the recipe is lacking precision. How much does a packet o& Graham Crackers weigh? I’m in the UK and we don’t have them over here. Also, our Philadelphia Cream Cheese comes in tubs, not blocks. How much cream cheese please?

Honestly, I don't believe she make that cheesecake her self, I think somebody else make it for her, and she just took all the credits, like always, couse I remember, exactly when she wanted to cook "the perfect turkey" and what happen ??? She took it out of the oven, and oh !!! Surprise it wasn't done at all, she just, see what the real cooking people do and she want to do it like them, and what a fiasco, not well done, this lady is nothing but s big liar, there's a lot of people behind her, doing what ever she order just to get pay, she is a terrible FIASCO !!!!!!!

I don't bake my crust after, I put inside the deep freezer before I finished the cheese prep. Then it's all combines
all bakers know about the two temps to avoid cracking the bakers used to rest the cake and return it to the oven at an lowet temp this is easier
I’ve made at least 30 of these in the last four years. I made 5 of them when my oldest daughter got married. Except now I have ditched the foil and use a silicon water bath. Works so much better. But I also use lemon zest and bake it longer than the recipe calls for.

I tried this 1 tip. Bake with no cream cheese.
I make an almond crust, use stevia, and think about the carbs instead of calories. If you aren't eating low carb, it is still a calories issue lol. I love this recipe. Let's see how it works with stevia instead of sugar and the almond crust.

Which I ended up baking @12am & will keep me up until 3am Tucson AZ time! Unfortunately my stand mixer broke & all I was able to use was a blender with only 1 attachment! That's why it took me longer to bake but let me tell you sweetheart I don't think I've made a cheesecake like your's WOW!! Looks incredibly delicious, I won't be able to eat until later this afternoon! I know it'll be worth the wait thank you again sweetheart & may God continue blessing you & your's 😇💐🙏🏼

this is a good recipe but it shouldnt use flour as that makes it not a cheesecake
Gram crackers are too expensive in the UK so I use digestive biscuits and it's just as nice but I slso put lemon zest and juice into the biscuits base mix……yummy😊
Are you calling for seven 8 oz blocks of cream cheese is that correct
anytime I do a water bath for my cheesecake and i use heavy duty foil that goes up the sides of the pan, water always gets in it and the crust is soggy.
I did the water bath thing for the first time and it came out perfectly with no cracks. Thank you, Martha.
