FRIED CHICKEN TIKKA BOTI
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg cut into 16 pcs
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp
Chat masala 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
Hung curd 2 tbsp
Yellow color a pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Coal to give smoke
Oil for deep frying
Egg 1
Ingredients for Serving
Salad leaves as required
Onion rings as required
Tomato rings as required
Lemon slices as required
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 4 hours, give smoke of coal, deep fry on low flame for 20 mins without stirring, serve with onion rings, tomato rings and lemon wedges.

ACHAARI AALU PARATHA
Ingredients for Dough
Flour 2 cup
Wheat flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Clarified butter for frying
Ingredients for Filling
Potatoes 4 boiled and coarsely mashed
Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Fennel roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Black caraway seeds ½ tsp
Mango pickle 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Green chilies chopped 2
METHOD
Make the dough with the given ingredients, cover and keep it for 1 hour. Boil and mash potatoes, add in all the given ingredients, mix well, make balls with dough, roll slightly into a quarter plate size, add potato filling, cover with another roti and roll into a dinner plate size very gently, fry in ghee on tawa, serve with chicken.
