You definitely need someone from Memphis at ATK to get in on the BBQ discussion.
Yuck! You really are getting desperate ATK!!! He-man would be so disappointed you are doin business with Skelator!! Do better!
I quit smoking 18 months ago and now, some thing's just taste awful like cows milk. It doesn't matter if it's whole, fat free or 2%. I even tried the most expensive fresh milk on the market.
I am considering the option of trying dry milk and just mixing some as I want it. I wonder if the Test Kitchen would do a taste test for the best powdered milk?
Matt was great.. always is. But the interviewer has much to be desired. Seemed nervous or star struck. Dunno
booorrrrriiiinnnngggg!
I've seen his stuff on instagram and he makes me so uncomfortable to watch. he's so removed from reality that it's hard to take anything he says seriously. bye jeans.
I don't think I have ever actually sat down to listen to an interview of people just talk about food…so…props to the interviewer, some of the techniques he used are techniques I learned for counseling, and you could see Matthew get comfortable.
Book 2 with recipes: Greens Light…
THIS GUY IS A DOPE.
Great job by Kevin Pang. Is he new at ATK?
Matthew Mcconaughey, is so down to earth in person. And a great actor.
Ummm I think he's not big on White Castle… After all he used the moto, if you don't have anything nice to say dont say anything at all.
He is truly a lover of food.
too many commercials.
I couldn't get past "Greenlight". This was not my idea of American Kitchen…don't become another Food Channel! I don't want anyone from Hollywood / "Movie Star" or freaky Lincoln SUV advertisement star telling me his philosophy especially on this channel! A HUGE thumbs down for me.
I want information on recipes, food, and cooking. Isn't that why this show was created?
Moshito? Mojito? Anyone know what Brazilian/Portuguese word hes talking about?
Celebrities are tiresome.
Also you have a score of hamburger information in your back catalog:
skip.
Smoke, Mathew! Texas BBQ needs a rub, yes, but it's the slow smoking of the meat. Hickory, mesquite, pecan, peach, apple… It's essential to true Texas BBQ.
I don't care for republicans
PTerry’s or Hat Creek over Whataburger.
ATK uses a celebrity to get an unfollow. 🙂
I believe it is Uncle Dave's sweet and spicy pickles. My favorite hamburger pickle ever.
This is exactly what I love about Matthew McConaughey he's so damn grounded so Earthly like he's a real super human being that you just can't help but love killer question dude how do you incorporate all good foods and introduce them to your child great question
“Taking the time to make it a flat circle.” Very clever True Detective reference there.
OMG 🙂 how did this happen
OH MAH SWEEY LORD, no you didn't, you have been to the PEE CAN what? It tweren't in Texas brother, cause a pee can in Texas is what ya put under your bed at night cause ya can't make it to the bathroom by yourself. We may have "puh kahns" which comes from the old Native American word pakani which was nut that takes two rocks to crush. Please, don't put no pee cans in my food.
Well gonna give a big ol' Howdy to my fellow Texan, Mr. Matthew McConaughey, nice to see that there is only so much that can be changed about a Texan, glad to see they didn't change ya buddy! Second HELL YES BBQ!! Third, ya know I hear it and say it, but there is only 2 Rs in What A Burger but Lord if we Texans don't put a 3rd un, and call it Water Burger, but if you have ever had one, then ya know they are always so juicy, that sometimes it even runs down your arm, yes sir and it's good. Love my State and love my fellow Texans…. Yeehaw!
I only need one word for Texas, mesquite.
I put chopped dill pickle, dill relish, and pepperocini, in my tuna salad, with a dash of celery salt and dill weed, along with a dollop of miracle whip, not saucy, but not dry either, mixed in a mini chopper to thoroughly mix, but not pureed.
The best barbecue is in Lockhart. If you come to Texas it is a must stop. I agree that Sunday’s is thee day for breakfast. We call it brunch and we go big and hearty.
This is gonna sound weird, but a little curry powder in tuna salad is amazing!
McConaughey Burger: Burger that has been seared on a Lincoln engine block – deglazed with Longbranch.
Ha! I totally put green peas in my tuna salad!
