For anyone wondering about pit design and features, they can be found in the link in the description (no need to sign up and no need to pay) for the unlocked Patreon videos. This includes a 2 hour zoom call with the builder as well as other videos and photos that show the design. The pit walk-through will be a future video that is posted on YouTube. What is the price on this?
I got a 120 gallon offset fabricated locally (central Mississippi) for 2500 and it will hold 8 briskets easily or 12 packed in .
Nice pit. I would have loved to see more on temps across all the briskets through out the cook. Like did you have to move them around and keep them away from the fire box and so on
