  1. The first time I ever heard of that I thought someone had done lost their mind.
    But I made one for someone's birthday at their request, and when I tasted it (reluctantly), I was pleasantly surprised… It was good!

  2. only if you make the mayonnaise fresh, what back then everybody knew how to.

    Now it would just add conservatives and additives.

    When I worked in France at a horse racing stable, it was the guys job to whip up the mayo fresh, every day. 😮
