The only recipe I’ve ever used since 1991 – everyone LOVES it ! If your family thinks meatloaf is boring, dry, or whatever…try THIS. I promise. π
1.5 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 Tb Worchestershire sauce
1 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1/8 ts garlic powder
1/2 ts onion powder
1/2 ts dry mustard powder
1/4 ts dried sage
1 cup milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (or 3/4 cup quick cooking oats)
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together. Spread into an ingreased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pan, bake for 50-55 minutes.

I cook mine on top of the stove in a cast iron skillet. I pour a can of tomato sauce on top, cover and cook until done. Makes a good gravy, eat with pinto beans and rice. SETexas – what can I say? Itβs yummy.
