  1. They do a good Nacho at Rhombus Guys depending on who's in the kitchen lol. Layers of pulled pork, special BBQ sauce, red onion, red and green pepper, pepperoncinis and jalepenos I believe with mozzarella and cheddar. I'd always be sure to evenly distribute and later all ingredients but other co workers kind of just tossed shit together. Really irked me lol. Man those were some good Nachos though. Thinking back I'd like to do it the same way but make some alterations like adding a sprinkle of taco seasoning, and adding pork loin. Maybe olives too IDK and some shredded lettuce at the end but either way, great stuff. /Nacho rant
